When can I expect my mellow coffee?

At Mellow Coffee Roastery, we roast coffee on demand to make sure you always receive it fresh. We will ship once a week during our soft launch period:

• Monday shipments – for all orders placed before Sunday

This means your coffee is roasted, packed, and shipped shortly after these cut-off times.

Can I pick up my order instead of shipping?

Yes! You can choose to pick up your order at our sister coffee bar,  Fufu Coffee Studio in Utrecht. Simply select “Pick up at Fufu Coffee Studio” at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your coffee is ready for collection.

Delivery policies and responsibilities

• If you are not home during delivery, your package may be sent to a pickup point. Once scanned there, it is considered delivered and can only be collected by you.
  

• Shipping to temporary addresses or locations with limited delivery options (e.g., offices with restricted access) is at your own risk. We always recommend shipping to a home address.

• Delivery times and rates vary depending on your location.
