About the Coffee:

This is our very first blend from Mellow Coffee Roasters, and it’s a coffee that shows the kind of espresso we love to drink every day

We started with naturally processed Ethiopian beans for their bright acidity and gentle floral notes. Then we added a honey-processed Catimor from China — a nod to our roots — bringing body and a tea-like finish to the cup. To finish things off, we blended in naturally processed Guatemalan coffee that adds a slightly boozy sweetness and a punchy finish

The result is a mellow but lively espresso with layers of flavor that keep things interesting from the first sip to the last
